When I was growing up my favorite places were the library, the museum – the outside as well as the inside of both. The gardens on the grounds of each had several wooded paths that I loved to walk. The colours of this image symbolize the wood, grass, moss, & various flowers found there. Those gardens are now greatly diminished due to expansion & the addition of another parking lot. There is still enough there to give testament to what was once a great southern beauty, & I still return there each time I visit my hometown.
