Very impressive subject matter. The textures are exceptional for pastel as a medium and hair is not easy to capture. Your portraiture is well articulated, as is the dedication you have spent on this piece. Even as a JPEG one can tell this was not do in haste. So, I ask you, why all of the negative criticism?
