This is a more realistic version of the Mad Hatter in "Alice in Wonderland". I saw a pic of this on the internet and I had to draw it. This took me around 2 and a half months. I used a new smearing technique to shade his suit and hat. I love his monkey-ish toes! Enjoy! Image/reference credit to fayrenpickpocket.
