Epilogue After his capture by the fiendish members of the Shadow Lotus he suffered a severe case of magic withdrawal. He was put in quaranteen by his felow scryers. Thanks to another young elf he obtained a cure that helped in his recovery. What none knew was that that cure was laced with a dorment poison ( placed there by a fiendish scryer arcanis that created it ) that eventually made it's efects quite clear. Ellrich suffered a stroke and whent in to a coma. Despite the best efforts of the scryer priests it prooved to be fatal, his old age cintributing to this. Ellrich died at the venerable age of 1984 years... he would never get to see the redemption of his people... and the restoration of the sunwell. Postmortem Ellrich's remains were cremted and his ashes were returned to his homeland, Quel'thalas, and spread across a clearing in the Eversong Woods as he would have wished. A lone funeral stone marks the glade wher Ellrich's ashes were spread, overlooking the great sea and the island of Quel'danas.
