I like the kind of old fashioned look. Wonderful soft shading. The stillness of the image is very striking.
Artist Reply: Thank you very much for the comment..this is a memorial portrait and the request from the person who commissioned it was to give him an angelic look thus the softer appearance with him looking down from Heaven. He was my nephew so I felt a very strong connection to him.
