Andree Lerat 16 Oct 2004

I know this photograph very well. In fact, this young girl is now an older woman and was revisited a year or two ago. I think that the eyes do not have the feeling the original photo had. It feels different. But this is what you saw in the image. I am sure we all see something different. I give you credit for giving an interpretationn of the photo, not an exact copy.

the photo of this woman is one my favorites of all time - i have a large reproduction of it. You captured the beauty portrayed in that photograph and the terrible life of terror that we know today
