Herman took the words right out of my mouth. This definitely touches the void.

After eons of void, Nothingness looked in on itself and caught a glimpse of the slightest flaw in the darkness; an edge, a seam. The more it gazed at this subtle difference the more fascinating the rent became, curling, fractal, ephemeral like smoke, but gaining mass and detail under its scrutiny. And from this seam life spiralled and bloomed, clinging to itself, growing in confidence, growing, glowing. :) Gorgeous!
