My Bonnie is over the ocean My Bonnie is over the sea My Bonnie is over the ocean Oh bring back my Bonnie to me.. Ships around the former Zuiderzee, nowadays called the ijselmeer are starting to sail again. As soon as the sun warms the earth the sails are rising in the wind.. a wind wich hopefully blows to the homeport again..
