I was asked if I painted my birch tree paintings in any other colours other than monochrome or sepia tones, more pop art style. I decided to give it a go and here is the result! I used a bright fuchsia pink with a bright cadmium yellow acrylic paint.The 2 colours have mixed in places creating a beautiful orange. The effect is truly pop art-quiet and tranquil it is not! It will look great in a contemporary modern home. I have used a high quality loxely canvas measuring 12in x 24in the sides are staple free and have been painted.
