As some of us heard, our wonderful AW friend , the sweetest loving photographer, Dee Jobes is not too well lately .

Nice photo and lovely thought for a friend. I hope Dee feels better. Our bougainvillea our too cold to bloom now. They don't resist the frost and we had a recent freeze in Louisiana. Fortunately plants and people are fairly resilient.

Artist Reply: Dear David.. here the Bougainvillea blooms all year. Of - course, there's a difference in blooming, according to seasons. Our Winter usually is warm most of it... It was a bit raining in the last week, but today sunny.. not a sign for rain, even. I can tell you, from my windows I so much enjoy what I call "a painting"... done by nature with bougainvillea also. Thanks for visiting... Happy new year to you and yours.
