You go to your tattooist with rcenrefees (pictures, items, photos, drawings, written descriptions, etc.) Then you have a consultation. Then he/she will draw up a tattoo design based on these rcenrefees for your approval. You are under no obligation to get something until you are completely ready and have no doubt that that is the image that you want.They won't give you the image that they draw up, they may require a small deposit ($ 20) for their time.You can always say that you need to do some thinking before tattooing the image.
