Peruvian Wood Veneer Inmaculada Marquetry

This piece of marquetry is made from different types of peruvian wood: Mohena.- The yellow stripes Cedar.- Red stripes and letters Walnut.- The brown part (its a single piece) Congona.- This is the only part we dye blue Pine.- The wolves, flower, the ribbon Pumaquiro.- the crown We are peruvian craftsmen, we have only crafted a limited number of pieces. We cut every piece of veneer by hand. Weight : 300 gr (aprox 10oz) Base dimensions : 7'1/2 x 2"x 1"1/2 (19x5x4cm) Marquetry : 7" x 9" x 3/16" (18x23x0.5cm) The marquetry is glued on a piece of MDF. The base is made from a whole solid piece of cedar wood carved. It has velvet in the bottom to protect your surfaces from scratching. It has a clear glossy coating.
