I'm posting this picture of my Mum as it's the last photo i have of my mum,it was taken on 12/10/2008, sadly my mum died on 19/11/2008,so this is the last photograph I will get to take of my mother. This is how I want to remember her,playing in the park with her grandchildren.she was so full of life right up until the end.she died at home in bed from heart failure,my father was by her side.this one's for you mum,rest now I love you and I'll see you when i'm done in this world.
