It's a very good drawing, the pencil is an axcellent tool for producing realistic drawings; it's all i nthe shading, only thing I see is the lack of contrast between the hair and the shirt; lighter tones in this region will help out. BUT...........it is a very good likeness.
It's beautiful. She reminds me of someone, but I can't figure who... Her clothes could need a bit more shading, though, and I agree with Joel on the upper lip. But it's a very nice idea, keep it up!

Nice drawing. I think if you thin out her upper lip it would be bang on!
