Changing SMILE ...

My latest self portrait, done few days ago.
In the last few months my smile "changed ".. Let's say, there were 1 or 2 reasons for that :-) ...
Do you remember/ know the question, some people ask kids... " What will you be when you grow big "...
Well...
Even though, I was always creative in artistic fields, it was not clear enough to me, as a kid, or even teenager, that, I'll be an artist...... Actually, no, there was not other specific subject, that I knew then, that I would learn, or wish to be....
Yes, there were those kids, who knew... I simply didn't, I'm sure - YOU KNEW ! ~... :-)..Didn't you ?...

I believed and still in natural development, that will take me to the place, I belong. Perhaps it was the easy way for me to solve the issue.
Life is a study, for sure... And sometimes it will take us to places, we never had dreamed to be...Yes, I found myself during the last months "studying " not really studying a subject, I never dreamed I will :-)... It was never ever occurred in my mind, that I'll go that direction :-))... YES.. Life can be VERY STRANGE , When you find yourself "learning" a subject, you never really intended to...

Artist Reply: Dear LouAnn, I learned from my parents to not envy others, in any way. It's not a critic to you, my friend :-).. because I know its a kind of expression. Self confidence is a WIDE Subject, which contain several components inside it. There are few sides to self confidence as I see it. I think my self confidence changed during the years.. I think it can be changed more to one, or another direction, according to LIFE processes. I have MUCH confidence and believe in what my ART & creation is ALL about. I never doubted my abilities from ALMOST very start... I very much enjoy what I do, and believe it. As the years goes by usually I find myself more confidant in my creating. Yet there are many more sides to create self confidence, I think one may ask himself/herself if ALL are balanced. You say : "your sincerity that come through, you seem "innocent in a harsh world".. I agree on both points Nira. For a long time I did not know what I wanted or was capable to do. Perhaps we needed to find a highway for our creatiuvity. Beautiful work and your smile looks great!
