Hay bales in a field are a common sight in East Tennessee and South West Virginia. I enjoyed painting this one!

One of my favourite subjects. I love how they can be manipulated to create pleasing compositions. This is a fine example.

I love the tree, the leaves are so beautifully painted. A very soothing composition to look at.
