Hello Friends...This image was made by lifting the baby out of a picture and then using PS, Paintshop Pro, and Ulead for the effects, bubbles, and frame. This is experimenting as I am just figuring out how to do these things. Thanks so much for looking and for your wonderful comments!! :) God Bless!!
