Loch Doon Castle

When the level of Loch Doon was raised in the 1930s this castle was moved from its original site, on an island in the loch, to its present position.

I love archway and doorways, for some reason I never tire of painting or drawing them, this is wonderful and I painted one very similiar in Scotland! great shot. :)
