Eternal Embrace

Before any of you start snickering, giggling, or pointing in shock, no this is not meant to be two women. Although, just for the record, I have no problems with homosexuals. As far as I'm concerned they have just as much right to publicly display their feeling towards others as straight people do. That incldes gay-marriage which is why I support the governments decisions to allow it up here in Ontario. Anyway, back on topic... some people have probably seen an image akin to this before. That is because I did use a screan shot from Samurai X: Betrayal while doing this piece. Its something I really hate and rarely do (using already drawn images), but in this case the picture was just so cute! ^-^ The other thing that I should tell you is that this is part of a 3 piece collection. The other two images ("Street Queen" and "Riverside Palace") are both done in watercolour. In fact, the only thing rally tying them to this one is the whole Ancient Japanese theme which doesn;t even really show in this piece! Go figure. The other two will eventually show up in this gallery, but for now, they are being used in an art show at school so I dont have them to scan them on my crappy scanner. What a pity. I'll have to wait a few weeks before posting chopped up replicas of my work. lol As always, thanks for taking the time to look (and hopefully review/comment) and enjoy. ^-^

Very nice!...A young Kenshin and Tomoe, if I'm not mistaken. Excellent folds there! I agree with Miss Ketelsen, it does look sad... Good job, tho! ^_^
