Exp. Landscape No. 1

Architectural/Industrial setting of social communication within a sunken shrine where the more raw properties of energy become part of the mechanism of intelligence building into the earth. Sticking with this focus I've blended pastel and oil and charcoal together representing also the partial subject of the piece.

beautiful work. love the way you combine organic and mechanical subjects and give them a mystical quality.

Wow! Excellent piece Benjamin. I think your painting depict the real situation we are facing environmentally very accurately. Whether if it is used for environmental awareness or to highlight the pollution and corruption of Nature, I think your painting speaks out very clearly. This is a truly remarkable piece!

Artist Reply: Thanks for your reply to Benjamin Dunstan's Experiemntal landscape No.1 The piece is not used for awareness specifically, but hopes of a more general awareness of life beyond the "self" is the strive.

Your sense of design is complex and intriguing, Benjamin. I wish I could see them in larger sizes! I also like the fact that what you write about your images indicates a lot of thought and content that goes into creating them.
