I spotted these crazy guys fishing on a blustery day whilst I was snapping shots around the beach! I hope it was worth it brrrrrrr

ahh Muriwai on a calm day ! been to maori bay round the corner when the tides out ?? worth a trip , take your camera !

Artist Reply: Oh thanks Wayne for that as I only visited there with family when I was over last and not being from Auckland I forgot the name just as quickly as I was told. So can you help me out on the name of the gulls in this or one of my other pictures?????

Fiona - it's an interesting shot because it is unusual - the layers - you might punch up the saturation a little in an editing program - I think the contrast between the birds relaxing or at least oblivious to the wind and the men struggling is a hoot.

Artist Reply: Thank you John, it wasn't a very good shot really it was just the fact that you could see these men struggling in the wind with their fishing lines. On the other side of the rock with the unidentified birds on were surfers!!
