My Sci-Fi character Pinky, getting into her armoured scout vehicle. I drew this Pinky based on the interesting France based body model Claudia Moreno-Toscane, at her request. I chose a stylised background and composition for this picture because I love 1920's-30's art Deco style posters and that is the era in which Pinky's world exists. The rendering style on Pinky herself has been kept deliberately rough-edged because I feel that adds more texture, warmth and body to a digital image that would otherwise be so much colder, smooth, precise and somehow alienating Copyright to Michael John Morris 2004
