Tennessee Walker Horse

This is a pencil drawing of a Tennessee Walker horse posing in front of an American flag. His name is Sampson and he used to belong to my husband about 11 years ago. Due to time restraints we were forced to find him a new home back then and we were re-united last summer when we visited a local fair where he and his new owner were attending the horse show. It was a very emotional moment for all of us when we got to see him again. Thanks for looking.

What fantastic pencil work. Horses (and anything else hairy) are really quite difficult, I have done them before, but you have captured him and I can see he has a kind eye. Wonderful drawing.
