You recall that small island that was sitting all by it's lonesome across Nygard Cay? That's her Majesty's land, right? Well, the man has this insaine idea and hires these scuba divers to 'rape' that islands corral reef and bring it back and placed it all along Nygard's new beach area!" "Why?" "So a variety of exotic fish will make their new homes in! Besides, the reefs will prevent ocean erosion, allowing Nygard to expand his land mass!" "Does the corral reef stay alive after the move?"
