Artist Reply: Thank you, Olga. It is loose (maybe beyond loose--somewhat messy). I have painted serious portraits of her, too, but this one captured the way she looks at people.

Maybe you are a distant cousin of my husband, although he comes from a long line of only children of only children. Both his mom and dad, Hal and Alice Taylor, were both artists.
