EXPRESSIVE USE OF COLOR

Ornate work on the buildings is fantastic. FOreground policeman seems a tiny bit tall. But over all colors are worked in well.

Really lovely work, Anthony, I particularly like the hue range here and usually I'm not a big fan of pastels.
