This painting caught my eye. I live in the foothills of the coastal mountain range that is to the east of Los Angeles. You have captured the power and the beauty of the orographic weather systems that develop over mountainous areas. I especially love the clouds that have nestled in the valleys between the mountains themselves. I am sure your Prague showing will be very successful. Just make sure this painting is in the show.
Such a lovely, ominous sky. The little house seems lost in the rolling hills. The hint of blue between the black clouds is the only sign of hope for a better day (or at least better weather). Na shledanou.
