WHEN I WAS A BOY. WHEN THINGS WOULD GET REALLY BAD, I WOULD ALWAYS ESCAPE TO MY FAR AWAY TREE. IT WAS AN OLD PEPPERCORN TREE, SO BIG IT'S CANOPY WERE LIKE THE WALLS OF A HOUSE. I USE TO SIT IN THAT OLD TREE FOR HOURS AND I WOULD DREAM OF FAR OFF LANDS. SADLY, MY FAR AWAY TREE IS LONG SINCE GONE, THERE IS A HOUSE THERE NOW. BUT IT WILL ALWAYS BE THERE IN MY IMAGINATION.

GORGEOUS!LOVE THAT YOU SHARED..THERE IS A TREE LIKE THAT ON THE SHORE OF THE LOWER SHOUTH ISLAND OF N.Z. THE TREE IS STILL THERE BENT BY THE SEA WINDS AND THE HOUSE BLEW AWAY. MY DAD USE TO LIVE THERE AS A YOUNG BOY AND DREAMMED OF THE SAME DREAMS..HE DID GO TO SEA ON ONE OF THE SHIPS HE WOULD SEE SAILING INTO PORT.HE IS 81 YEARS NOW..THAT TREE WILL LIVE ON IN ME..AS HE TOOK ME TO SEE IT..YOUR TREE WILL LIVE ON IN ALL WHO VIEW IT..NEVER BE GONE..:o)Chas Sinklier 03 Jun 2008
