The View From the Room

Photos taken, April 08, during my vacation. The landscape seen from Palm Beach Hotel, Akko, Israel. The beauty of Akko, is the fact that there's co-existence Of Israelis Jewish and Arabs living together. If you look at the far , you can view the Old city - Old Akko, where only Arabs live, yet we very much enjoy visiting the Old city, buy there also, had few talks with friendly people. Thanks for viewing and commenting, may we have a splendid weekend . Love & Peace...Copyrights (c) Nira Dabush

Now, why can't "they" (you know who I mean) get a message from that Nira.....Beautiful photo's and co-existence.......LOVE IT !

Artist Reply: Hello Thom. There are parts of Israel, that there is co-existence. It's a difficult question to answer. Me and YOU, might wish to think and believe that it is possible the co- existence....YET, One of my very best girlfriends during the years ( we almost not in contact ), Sima is a teacher in Jaffa , where there are Israelis Jewish with Arabs students. I can tell you, from what I heard from her, that it's very VERY DIFFICULT, almost impossible, it's not going well. I know that they're doing REALLY efforts, but sometimes the objection is so strong, and it lead to violent from their part, unfortunately. It's starts from education, and the understanding should be both sides. There in Old Akko, we talked with few Arabs, who were truly friendly. They told us, that the last war effected badly their businesses there, almost none tourists , while used to be in the past. Thanks so much ...enjoy your weekend, NIRA.
