Mizaru, Iwazaru and Kikazaru

The three wise monkeys are Mizaru = See no evil, Iwazaru = Speak no evil, Kikazaru = Hear no evil. ===================== I sketched the monkeys from a photo taken of the carving at Tosho-gu shrine at Japan. I visited there when I was a high-school student. ===================== 28 x 24.5 cm Japanese Card on Brush Pen, Japanese watercolour and Washi (Japanese papers). =================== Thanks for stopping by!

I love your idea! Using that beautiful patterned paper! It's really gorgeous, Hiromi. Seeing it on the table, I think they would be wonderful placemats if you plasticize them!
