A dirty job and dusty too, but there are positive things about being a cattleman upon the range. When you go out to a restaurant and order up steak, it can be taken for granted, but there is a vast supply of cattle awaiting for the american plate. We supply the need and the cattlemen and the slaughter house take it from there. wcl
