How much wood can a wood duck chuck?

Threatened to extinction a century ago, the wood duck has recovered, aided in part by the placement of thousands of nest boxes. Taken at Burnaby Lake, Burnaby, B.C.

Very beautiful capture - I love your titles - great!

Artist Reply: I think the Wood Duck is the most colorful duck we have here in BC. I try to impart a little humour, sometimes I can think of cute titles, other times, I am dead blank LOL Thanks for stoppin in to make such lovely comments.

Wonderful reflection. I've enjoyed taking a few moments to just drift along with him.

Artist Reply: LOL I spent a few hours drifting with him.. First I had to wait till he got out of the tree he was resting in, then wait until he came close enough to the shore for a worthwhile image. Thanks for the comments, Jaci
