This is a plaque I painted for the Iowa Air National Guard that was placed in Turkey after the first Gulf War. It was created in Feb. of 98. The Bat head design was one I created for the tails of the Air Guards F-16 jets. The design is called the tail flash. The plaque measures approx. 4 feet wide by 3 feet tall made out of finished grade plywood cut into the shape of Iowa.
