On The Beach

On The Beach First the tide rushes in Plants a kiss on the shore Then rolls out to sea And the sea is very still once more So I rush to your side Like the oncoming tide With one burning thought Will your arms open wide At last we're face to face And as we kiss through an embrace I can tell, I can feel You are love, your are real Really mine in the rain In the dark, in the sun Like the tide at its ebb I'm at peace in the web of your arms --- Ebb Tide by lyricist Carl Sigman

A master piece indeed Chas.

Artist Reply: Thanks Donald - you know the old masters would be doing digital if they were still around - since they're not, it's up to us to do it for 'em, eh? Ha! Love to paint wif electrons ~:0)

Beautiful image, Chas. Lovely light and contrast, lovely sense of mood and atmosphere. I wish I could do this in paint!

Artist Reply: Well thas what the "Old Masters" did AA - I studied them, use their methods both in paint and digitally - though now I use strictly digital - too much trouble and takes too long to paint using old methods - thanks for commenting ~:0)
