I caught Happy my cat lounging comfortably yesterday morning on my afghan quilt blanket and couldn't resist a quick sketch. I was happy with the expression on the face so I decided to paint it. And there it is now! On the hanging label is written: "pure CANADIAN wool / Kipik 08". She is red because when she rolls in the sunshine her coat is actually this very deep purplish red which, without the sun rays, returns to black.
