I turned 50 last year and in one of the visits to my town I realised that landscapes were changing. Suddenly I felt the need to recover part of my childhood memories and started taken pictures of different places round La Bisbal. I regret now not to have done a few years ago, because things have really changed. I have decided to start a serial of paintings, probably in watercolour, about the fountains of my town. Some of them have disappeared yet, others have changed a little bit. I will try to find old pictures to be able to revive my thoughts. In fact I started with a pencil scratch that finally seems not to bad. Seeing the result maybe I will finish first a pencil serial to be completed later by the metamorphosis to watercolour.
