dusting of snow 2 : black and white

The first dusting of snow" was very blue due to it being rather dark (just after dawn). I removed the blue, liked it as well so posted it also!

The funy thing was that my camera battery was dead so I was frantically tearing apart my house(dumping drawers,clothes flying about, dog thinking I'd lost it..) searching for the new one, all the while expecting a strong breeze to come through and knock all the snow down before I could capture it.Fortunately it didnt!
