White Ibis Dancing on the Wind

©Delores J. Knowles 2007 -- One of the most numerous wading birds in the southeast United States. Its most noticeable characteristics are the red face, long curving red bill, and beautiful blue eyes. Photographed in Polk County, Florida, just as the sun was coming up.
