This is an oil portrait of our youngest daughter Anne Fleur.
I'm pretty happy with the end result and framed her in a rich golden plein air frame, which gives her a golden glow.
I love the simplicity of this portrait, the placement, colors, and her smile.
Purposely I didn't accent her makeup and jewelry, but rather her natural beauty and personality
I added a little bit of green (complementary color)in the left upper corner to take the heat off this painting, but to keep the warmth of her character, which really does come from within!
She's proudly hanging in our dining room.
Fleur -a real free spirit- is a beautiful person, from the inside and outside.
She'll finish her studies in New York this December and will set her first steps in the fashion world of New York City.

This is great Olga, definitely my favourite! You clearly put so much thought and attention into your work, but it looks so effortless at the same time! Well done.Fiona Robinson 11 Jul 2008
