I took my son on a hike to my favorite place. Its a small lake hidden up in the mountains that few know exists. We were treasure hunting and looking out for "zombies" as he had informed me that zombies live in the mountains. I had been there a dozen times already with plenty of people but this time was very special. I snapped this picture when he wasnt paying attention. Im a weekend dad now so my time with him is limited. I try to make every visit as special as i can. Making good memories with him is my highest priority in life right now. He happens to be the greatest person alive on the planet at the moment (any parent should be able to say that about their child) and taking him to my hidden paradise was a memory i dont think either of us will soon forget
