Holiday Tree 1

This was my first attempt at the process called monotype printing. This piece was used as the Christmas card for the Community Artists' League in 2007.

I've no idea what monoprinting is.. but I really like this piece...

Artist Reply: This piece started out by applying the paint to a piece of plexiglass and then taking the paper and slapping it down on the paint. I then pealed it up and worked it with a pallet knife. Watch out! It's addictive! Glad you liked it!
