I thought of how we humans are used by other humans as test subjects for advancements in medicine or other such things; this ultimately leads to our bodies fighting and destroying themselves. The ribbon-like strands on the side of his head symbolize him in a decaying-like state, and printed on them are medical information as well as knowledge of him to die in the near future. The wavy stings on the opposite side are weins, but these veins are supposed to show how they are not pumping blood for him, but for a vasue that is experimental. The hands that are coming from his chin and cutting his face and pouring pills into his head are showing the people who are destoying him as well as his body fighting against him.
