(c)2007 The most embarrassing thing that can happen to almost anyone is to start a building project and then half way through realize you have insufficient funding to complete your project. Several years ago, and seceral miles south of where I live, there was a stetch of freeway out in wide, flat open spaces. Then, out of nowhere, there was this huge, elevated collosses of three different bending ramps standing over this freeway. What made it funny was there was no elevated dirt ramps, and no other signs of construction going on. There they were, with no beginnings and no endings. A perfect example of a freeway project that had lost it's funding. It stood that way for many years too. Bet it just totally bewildered forgein tourists! hehehe :O)
