Love the blues in your paintings Nira... one can feel you live in an other part of the world than I do (Pennsylvania, USA) or Nelly does (my home country, Holland, dark skies, lots of rain.) Your use of colors is bright and light. Love that. Great annual event my friend. LOVE IT! ----Love and Light~MOI

Artist Reply: Hi there,Olga...Its true, that the lighting as the weather is different in different parts of the world.I think in a way it influnece our look of the world of light and also colours...YET...I must say artists like all people are different from one another...that means...i'm sure different artists from Israel,or Holland..or Pennsylvania..or Spain or any other country see,or create in a different way.I must say to you,and i'm sure you know it...Are the skies are so vibrant and colourful here in Israel ??...NO!...And..some artists will look at the skies and see the difference...I know for myself,i truly choose to look at best days,to my taste..what i mean is...For example i'll talk also about going out to take photos,or to draw/paint outside...Can we choose the colour of sky at the day we are at a trip outside...sometimes we can sometimes we can't...Sometimes,when I wish to go out for photos,I look at the sky and the colour of it..is totally COLOURLESS...TRULY...And i know its not only here, but in so many other places as well...TO ME PERSONALLY,It disuturbs.I alot of times see here in AW photos of sky, without a colour to the sky no texture..I know...sometimes its the case in reality too :-)...NO COLOUR OF THE SKY...A FADE WHITE-GREY COLOUR...Personally..I try to not post such photo...even if its amazing place, but if the sky has no colour..for me..its not good enough photo. In painting we can create our skies...as we see it,or as we wish to see it...we can change or add colours to the scene. In my last exhobition, but not only...actually ALWAYS,People talk about my colours...people from here...are ALL ARTISTS FROM HERE Will use the same colour plate ...?...NO...and i think its also coming from our inside. Some people said to me,it seems my colour look like came from South America :-))...Well for sure every country in the world have different lighting...and different people, artists to look at it and influenced in different ways.THANKS SO MUCH DEAR OLGA.Enjoy your day,NIRA
