Whatever that is, is neat! Is it a bush? Vine? Free standing plant? Where does it come from?
Artist Reply: This plant is an atypical flower that blossums on bushes. The brightly colored "petals" are actually leaves - the true florals are guarded in clusters of brightly colored leaves that mimic petals to attract pollinators, and are only about a centimeter in diameter. They flourish in subtropical areas, such as Mexico and Hawaii. This speciman was photographed in the former.
