Subject matter is in the title but also the vanity which is do prized by the entertainment industry,which in turn feeds the cosmetic,plastic surgery,psychiatric and denial of age industries. I wanted to get this subject down in my way as i am shocked at the amount of these "reality"shows which focus on all that is wrong with people when they look into the mirror. Surely we are not so vain that our own reflections define us?. We cannot hold onto youth forever we have our time them we pass it on if we have any moral backbone. There is nothing wrong in looking your best and excercising but having fat syphoned from your stomach and bags taken off the luggage machine that life put's their is so sad.
