Dear Faye - this is so very wondeful. I absolutely love how you have incorporated the olive green into the backround it gives the hint of nature around without the details of it abstructing the view of the subject! You are an excellent artist. Welcome to AW. P.S. I had to vote this pic of the day 10++++++++.

WONDERFUL PAINTING!

Artist Reply: Glad you enjoyed the painting. It is however, NOT a Digital Painting. It is a good old fashioned original had painted oil painting. I do not paint with my computer. I have asked for a correction. Thanks again for stopping by. FFacer

so tender and romantic....

Artist Reply: Romantic - and in the moonlight too. Thanks for stopping by. There is an error. The images are all original hand painted OIL paintings. I do not paint with my computer. Have asked for a correction. These cranes come back to our local Wildlife Center every spring.

lovely

Artist Reply: Thanks for the encouraging comment. Always gives us a boost. Was a little concerned when strange unknown persons are emailing me as I never post my address on line. Went on line and viewed your site and works. Impressed; like this style.
Artist Reply: Sorry I missed you earlier. Glad you enjoyed the painting. The postings are OIL paintings not digital. I was not expecting or away that responses were made. So of course I was surprised and leery when all these strange names suddenly appeared in my mails. I have had some odd emails and went on-line checking out names before I opened any of the emails. I know now what to expect. Thanks again for stopping by FFacer

which paint? love the brush strokes...

Artist Reply: Thanks for response. This is an inset from a large moonlight painting. Definitely oils. Do some under painting with acrylics but finish always in oils. Was concerned when response from unknowns so went online for info and viewed your exhibitions. Nice works.
