Deep is right. You might be describing the location, but the image and colours are very deep. Your composition and colour palette draws the viewer in and keeps them there. Although the main focus is in the lake, shore and mountains, the sky adds a lovely soft light that contrasts and complements the painting's mood. Do you live near any Donnegal horses? At least that's what I believe my friend from Lietrim described his as.
