Artist Reply: Hi Meg! Thanks for the comments! Yes, I live just a couple of miles from where those moose photos were taken. She's about a year old, we figure that she is probably newly on her own. Her mother most likely has had another this spring. Either that or she is one of twins and got ran off earlier than her counterpart. Artist Reply: Thank you Deborah! She was in a local park, but the Moose are wild here. She is what will probably become a "city moose". She's a little young to be separated from her mum so she will stay in the safety of the local park tree lines until she is done growing most likely.
