I love all the colours in this- you get lost looking into the glass and the reflections. Very awesome!

Artist Reply: Thanks, Amy. This took a long time to do because of those facets. It was frustrating sometimes as I had started it with some southern light hitting off it, so could only paint it for a couple hours a day.

Really delightful capture of this difficult subject.You have done a marvelous job and the color scheme is wonderful too! This almost has an abstract feel to it.

Artist Reply: Thanks, Julie. I can't seem to stay away from those abstract interpretations...except in sketching...that's just the way I see the world. Thank you for also recognizing the difficulty...it is one of the most challenging pieces I have completed to date.
